How registration works
Registering for BEIMUN '26 takes a few minutes: choose your path, complete the delegate form before applications close on 11 July 2026, and the Secretariat reviews each application before sending an invitation to set up your portal.
How can I take part in BEIMUN '27?
There are three ways to take part: as a delegate, a committee chair, or a core team (secretariat) member. Chair and core team applications for BEIMUN '27 are open now. Delegate registration opens closer to the July 2027 conference.
When is the deadline for chair and core team applications?
Chair and core team applications for BEIMUN '27 close on August 30th, 2026. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a short interview, with invitations emailed the day before the form closes, so check your inbox and spam folder.
What happens after I submit my application?
Your application is reviewed by the Secretariat. If shortlisted, you receive a 15-minute interview invitation by email to determine how you best fit into the team. Interview invites are sent the day before the form closes.
How do I apply as a delegate?
Delegate registration for BEIMUN '27 is not open yet; it opens closer to the July 2027 conference. When it does, you apply through the delegate form on the registration hub and, once accepted, set up a portal account to confirm your place.
