BEIMUN has three ways to get involved: As a Delegate this year, or as a Chair or Team Member for the Next Edition.
Register as a delegate for this year's conference. Choose your committee and compete across 2 days of debate in Beirut.
Apply for a secretariat role and spend ten months building the next edition from the ground up: Logistics, Content, Press, Delegate Affairs, and more.
Apply to chair one of next year's committees. You'll set the academic agenda, write the background guide, and run sessions for up to 50 delegates.
Registering for BEIMUN '26 takes a few minutes: choose your path, complete the delegate form before applications close on 11 July 2026, and the Secretariat reviews each application before sending an invitation to set up your portal.
Students from middle school through university can apply. Each committee lists its school level, and delegates choose a committee that matches their experience. No prior Model UN experience is required for beginner committees.
Delegate applications close on 11 July 2026. Earlier application is encouraged because committee seats are limited and assignments are confirmed on a rolling basis as applications are reviewed.
Your application is reviewed by the Secretariat. Accepted delegates receive an email invitation to set up a portal account, where they confirm payment and later access their committee assignment and background guide.
Yes. Beyond delegate applications, BEIMUN offers chair and secretariat paths. These applications open in October ahead of the following edition — choose the chair or team path on the registration hub to apply.
