Every year a small group of people gives up their evenings to create something bigger than themselves.
Applications are not yet open. Browse the roles below so you're ready when October comes.
Own the delegate experience from registration to closing ceremony. You'll manage country assignments and the delegate-facing side of conference logistics.
Venue, catering, transport, scheduling, if it exists in the physical world, it's yours. You'll work directly with the conference venue and manage the operational layer of the event.
Design and run the crisis simulations that define the most intense moments of conference. You'll write crisis updates, brief the crisis team, and make sure chaos unfolds exactly as planned.
Document and broadcast BEIMUN '27. You'll manage the press corps, commission photography and video, and own the conference's visual record, before, during, and after.
Write the background guides, manage the website copy, and produce the study material that delegates spend months reading. You'll set the academic tone of the conference.
Be part of the conference on the ground. Team members assist with delegate check-in, room setup, press operations, and everything in between. No prior MUN experience required.
BEIMUN is built across ten months of evenings and weekends. We look for people who follow through, not just those who are excited at the start.
Every role comes with real responsibility. We don't micromanage. If something is yours, you're expected to own it fully and ask for help when you need it.
A small team pulls off a conference for hundreds. That only works if everyone trusts each other. We value honesty, generosity, and the ability to disagree well.
